Let's back track and first explain what The Law Of Attraction is. Simply put, it is basically telling / asking the universe for things you want based on the energy you put out. More science termed, it is the magnetic power of the universe that draws like energies together.
"Like attracts like".
When we choose to focus on the negative aspects of our lives, we are asking for more of that to come into it. (Ever go through a rough time, focus all your thoughts on it, to then feel like more bad stuff kept happening?) PRIME EXAMPLE.
Do the opposite, and well life will start to open for you in ways that you simply cannot explain. Sounds pretty neat right?
There are multiple reasons people choose to learn how to implement this law into their life.
A few examples are:
Manifest love or a relationship
However, you cannot just simply say what you want and boom it come to you. There are things that need to happen, and I want to share what I have done / how it has improved my life drastically in less than 3 months.
What I did to welcome Abundance / The Law Of Attraction:
BELIEVE: You cannot keep reading this if you have any doubt about it working.
Make a decision: Write out how it makes you feel, why do you want this, what emotion does it bring to life.
Express gratitude: Be thankful for what you have before you ask for more.
Show up: Act / live life as if you already are where you want to be.
Detoxed some relationships: If the people in your life are not bringing you up, make room for new people.
Started listening to podcasts: Health, wealth, and your best self / A Taylored Adventure To Happiness are two of my favs.
Wrote on my fridge what I want to happen: Everyday I am visually seeing my goals.
Affirmations: I say 3 affirmations a day. I do not change them daily, normally I stick to the same ones until I really feel as though they have resonated with me.
Read: I read 20-30 min. daily. Two of my current reads are pictured above, and my other blog has a few other top picks.
Spend more money: I had to fix my attitude with money. It is like energy guys. Spend it to welcome it. (Be smart, but don't be afraid yah feel?)
Lead with my gut: Before making a decision I listen to how my body feels as a whole.
"The mind acts like a magnet"
Once I started treating my mind in this regard / implementing these things into my life here's what happened:
I was offered 2 promotions that I turned down, because it doesn't align with me. (Damn that feels good to say).
My dream apartment is now mine- I literally wrote out what I wanted, price, style, and here I am moved in and writing this article.
Had 4 families ask me to start tutoring their kids (Part of my manifestation is to quit my gym job to work as an online coach only / help kids).
Had 2 checks come in the mail as refunds that I didn't know about.
Started sleeping more, because damnit I feel good / peaceful.
Obtained 2 more clients in a week who have already lost weight over the holidays.
Created my first e-book with in depth content.
Do you see what I am getting at here? Ultimately you are already creating your future self. It is just the question of who do you allow to shine through? I am choosing the successful one, the one who lives out her wildest dreams / #goals.
My theme for 2019 is to elevate my life. Let me just say we're 1 week into the New Year, and it is already happening. Now it's time for you to do the same.
